The Vestry is the legal representative of the parish with regard to all matters pertaining to its corporate property. The presiding officer of the Vestry is the Rector.

Four Vestry members are elected yearly at the parish's Annual Meeting in December, each to serve a 3-year term. These elections are on a three year cycle so that twelve Vestry are sitting at any one time. Each year the Vestry and the Rector appoint a Senior and a Junior Warden, who offer support and counsel to the Rector. Wardens serve up to (3) 1-year terms. Other Officers include a Treasurer and a Clerk elected annually by the Vestry, each serving terms of indefinite length.

Responsibilities of the Vestry are to help define and articulate the mission of the congregation; to support the church's mission by word and deed, to select the Rector (with the recommendation of the Search Committee), to ensure effective organization and planning, and to manage resources and finances.
